Nokia N96 : Pros and Cons

Nokia N96 is the latest addition to N series and the phone is really creating the vibe it was expected before release. People responded well to this phone, but after using the beast they have found that the phone is a mix of good and bad. Unlike what Nokia was asserting that Nokia N96 is a flawless phone, there are few disadvantages in this phone which is not expected from such a caliber and magnificent phone. The smart phone is a 3G spectacular phone with GSM network support of 859/900/1800/1900. The phone with dimensions of 103 x 55 x 18 mm, 92 cc has a weight of 125 g and the phone slides open from the bar design to reveal the glossy and soft keypad. Nokia N96 is surrounded by so many short cut keys for multimedia functions, gaming and short cut to organizers. The phone is indeed the best creation by Nokia N96 in N series. Loaded with Wi-Fi, GPRS, GPS navigation, powerful multimedia, FM radio, access to Office files, loud built in speakers, good camera features and others, the N96 make a firm statement.

Nokia N96 lacks in battery life. Given the features the battery life is expected to be at least 5 hours, but N96 has only 3 ½ hours of battery talktime. There is no camera lens protection which is very important. The design of such caliber phone is expected to be little more innovative. It doesn’t get charged via USB port, cheap keypad, and the hefty price provides an image of Nokia N96 a little lower than what it is thought to be.
